1. Who we are
MAZTERING AGENCIA DE MARKETING SL (NIF B21900196, Calle Alemania 14, 35508 Teguise, Las Palmas, Spain; info@maztering.com), "Maztering", "we", is the data controller and operates the Maztering Full AI APP app at app.maztering.com. Maztering provides Amazon marketplace consulting, advertising management and analytics services for Amazon sellers and brands. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, share and delete personal and business data, including data obtained through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API).
2. Data we collect
Information you provide through our contact form (name, brand, email, goals). With your explicit authorization, Amazon seller account data accessed through the SP-API, such as orders, catalog, inventory, advertising and sales reports. Technical data such as browser type and usage analytics.
3. How we use data
We use data only to provide the services you requested: analyzing account performance, generating reports, optimizing listings and advertising, and contacting you about your request. We never sell data, and we do not use Amazon data for purposes other than those authorized by the seller and permitted by Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.
4. Amazon buyer data (PII)
We do not request restricted SP-API roles and do not access, store or process Amazon buyer Personally Identifiable Information (names, addresses, emails or phone numbers). Order data we use is limited to order IDs, dates, SKUs, quantities, prices, fees and country or region.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis, protected by strong credentials and multi-factor authentication. We maintain an incident response plan and will notify affected users and Amazon within 24 hours of any security incident involving Amazon data.
6. Sharing and subprocessors
We never sell seller data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our services, bound by data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; in those cases transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other GDPR-compliant safeguards. AI providers we use do not train their models on your data. We may also disclose data when required by law.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep non-PII seller data only while we provide services to that seller. You may revoke SP-API authorization at any time from Seller Central. When you revoke authorization or the contract ends, we delete all of your Amazon information, including archives and backups, within 30 days, unless the law requires longer retention. You can also request deletion at any time at info@maztering.com.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data, and to file a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD). To exercise these rights, email info@maztering.com.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
