1. Acceptance
By using the Maztering website and services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Maztering offers Amazon seller consulting, account audits, advertising (PPC) management, listing optimization and reporting. Where applicable, we connect to your Amazon seller account through the Amazon Selling Partner API only with your explicit authorization.
3. Pricing
Maztering Full AI APP costs $950 USD per month per client, excluding applicable taxes, and includes the initial audit, a custom app built for your brand and all AI features, including PPC management. Other agency services are quote-based. No charges are made without your written acceptance of a proposal.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, be authorized to grant access to the Amazon accounts you connect, and comply with Amazon's policies. You may revoke access at any time from Seller Central.
5. Amazon relationship
Maztering is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
6. Results
We work to improve your performance but cannot guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on market conditions, Amazon policies and factors outside our control. Testimonials reflect individual clients' personal opinions.
7. Data protection
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and applicable regulations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maztering is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the agreed proposal. Upon termination we will remove our access and delete your Amazon data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Questions can be sent through the contact form on our website.
